Firefly Image Model 4
Firefly Image Model 4 became generally available in April 2025 alongside Image Model 4 Ultra. Adobe positions the standard model for image creation with control over style, framing and composition. It remains listed in Firefly’s web image selector.
Prompt enhancement changes the instruction
The enhancement feature expands a prompt into a more detailed description before generation. Adobe exposes it alongside content type, visual intensity, composition and style controls. A custom model keeps a specific subject or style
Firefly Custom Models learn from images supplied by the customer. Adobe separates subject training from style training and makes these models private by default. Keep the base release and trained asset identifier together when documenting a recurring image workflow.Firefly Custom Models overview
