Aleph 2.0

Aleph 2.0 edits existing video. A changed keyframe guides how the edit should look, and the model applies that change across the clip. Runway’s product supports longer footage and sequences with multiple shots.

Review the keyframe before the video edit

Edit Studio first lets the user change and compare a still frame. The selected version then guides the video. An optional Extra motion prompt can specify movement that is absent from the source, such as an effect spreading across the scene.Edit Studio input limits and workflow

Check what should stay unchanged

Runway positions Aleph 2.0 around targeted changes: a product color, clothing or background can be altered while the rest of the shot is preserved. The product also supports applying a change across relevant shots in a sequence.Runway Aleph 2.0

Practical guidance. For a product replacement, compare the original and edited clip through every cut. Check hands, reflections, logos and background details. A correct preview frame does not establish that the entire sequence has remained consistent.
