Leadership and organization
Koshy previously served as M42 Group COO and founding CEO of G42 Healthcare. Inception42 names Ibrahim AlJallaf for operations and Larry Murray for technology, including foundation-model work. These are the roles shown on the current company page.
The cited current company pages do not state a precise founding date or identify individual company founders. G42’s group history should not be used as a substitute for those missing company-level facts.
Research partnerships
The Jais 2 cards credit MBZUAI, Inception and Cerebras. Nanda’s official weights are hosted by MBZUAI, and Sherkala is published by Inception42. Repository ownership therefore does not list every organization that contributed to a release.
In March 2025, Inception and MBZUAI announced an Arabic evaluation space. It combined AraGen with Arabic instruction-following evaluations. This work complements model development by publishing methods to examine Arabic output quality.
Products and model releases
On 6 October 2026, Inception42 launched Insight for boards and executive teams. The company describes English and Arabic interfaces and SaaS or private-cloud delivery. This is an enterprise application, separate from downloading a Jais checkpoint.
The current official model organization lists Jais 3 dense and sparse releases and retains previous Jais generations. It describes the company as part of G42 and based in Abu Dhabi. Those current statements support the company identity used here.
