Tamil–English Bilingual
The Tamil–English model was available in containers from May 2025. Its regional development was described in the July announcement.
A regional trained language pair
The model was trained as part of the same regional development program as Mandarin–English and Malay–English. It uses locally relevant speech instead of treating a language change as a break in the conversation.Speechmatics: Three Southeast Asian bilingual models
