When this model fits
Practical guidance. This checkpoint is relevant to research that needs an existing multilingual model or continuity with earlier Expanse work. For a new small-model project, compare Tiny Aya's coverage and quality on the same tasks. If moving an application from the retired API to local inference, review the prompt template and generation settings explicitly; downloading weights does not reproduce a hosted service by itself.
