Model and training
The 16K repository documents instruction tuning for function calling and states that human-preference alignment was not applied. Its released configuration sets 16,384 positions and uses rotary-position scaling from an 8,192-position base. The earlier Tools repository is separately gated for approved internal and external evaluation. Practical use
Practical guidance. Use this release as a historical tool-calling baseline. Confirm which repository the deployed weights came from, rather than relying on the short Tools name. Evaluate whether tool definitions survive longer conversations. The public 16K configuration supports a position limit, but it does not document how long-context accuracy was trained or measured.
