FLUX Erase
FLUX Erase removes an object or region defined by a black-and-white mask. White marks the region to remove, and black marks the area to preserve.
Tool behavior
The API expands the selected area before generating its replacement. It accepts the image and mask as URLs or encoded data, plus an optional seed. It does not require a text description of a replacement object.FLUX Erase official documentation
Practical use
Practical guidance. Include shadows and reflections when they belong to the object being removed. Adjust mask expansion near nearby objects so the edit covers edges without erasing adjacent detail. Inspect background continuity and repeating patterns after the removal.
